same question will follow on reassembling the fairing, e.g. which length of srew where to insert ... helpful will be not only text documentation but technical drawings and diagrams in combination.

I recommend to purchase a repair manual directly at your BMW dealer. Nowadays a special edition on CD for exactly your last GT-model (price about 38€). You'll need your VIN to get the correct version.
